Terms and Conditions

A. GENERAL TERMS
All quotations and services are subject to availability and governed by these Terms & Conditions.

1. All travel time and distances mentioned in the itinerary are approximate and provided for general guidance only.
2. Tour quotations are valid for a limited time. Prices are dynamic and subject to change until full payment is received.
3. The quoted tour cost is based on the number of travelers mentioned. Any change in number of travelers, travel dates, or itinerary will require a revised quotation.
4. The tour cost is subject to variation due to dynamic factors such as changes in airfare, hotel tariff, fuel surcharge, government taxes/policies, exchange rate fluctuations, or high-season surcharges (festivals, holidays, or events).
5. In case the traveler requests an upgrade in the hotel category or any form of customization, such modification shall be subject to availability and will attract additional charges. Once the hotel reservations are confirmed and bookings are processed, no refund or amendment shall be permitted.
6. All transfers and sightseeing will be as per the itinerary and on point-to-point basis. Vehicle will not be at disposal. Transfer between 2200 hrs and 0700 hrs will incur an additional cost.
7. In case of mechanical failure, traffic delays or unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to use alternative transportation without prior notice and without any liability.
8. Travelers are required to carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport for international tours) and two passport-size photos. A scanned copy must be shared at the time of booking.
9. Travelers must ensure safe custody of their travel documents, money, and valuables. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
10. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events such as illness, cancellation, or loss of belongings.
11. The Company acts only as a coordinator between independent service providers (hotels, airlines, transporters, insurance etc.) and travelers. The Company neither owns nor controls these facilities.
12. The Company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or alterations caused by natural calamities, road blockages, strikes, political unrest, technical issues, or any other force majeure circumstances or any expenses arising out of it.
13. If a traveler cancels the journey after booking for personal reasons, cancellation charges will apply as per the Company’s cancellation policy.
14. In case the traveler cancels the journey after tour commencement, no refund shall be applicable for unused services.
15. Up to three quotations can be provided for the same inquiry. After the third quotation or major customization request, a nominal service/customization fee will apply.
16. All disputes shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction only.

B. DOMESTIC TOUR TERMS

1. In case the traveler wants to upgrade the hotel or customize the tour, the same can be done at an additional cost at the time of booking.
2. In case the traveler requests an upgrade in the hotel category or any form of customization, such modification shall be subject to availability and will attract additional charges. Once the hotel reservations are confirmed and bookings are processed, no refund or amendment shall be permitted.
3. All hotels are booked in the name of the Primary Traveler mentioned at the time of booking. Any change in guest name is considered as tour cancelled and rebooked – cancellation charges apply.
4. Hotel room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check-in. Floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
5. Check-in, check-out and meal timings are as per hotel policy. Generally: Check-In: 1400 hrs & Check-Out: 1200 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
6. Hotels at hill stations may not have air-conditioning or fans. Hotels may charge extra for heaters.
7. The extra bed is usually a rollaway mattress or a sofa bed depending on hotel offerings.
8. Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check-in. Floor or view preferences are not guaranteed. Hill station rooms may not have AC or fans. Hotels may charge extra for heaters. AC may not work in vehicles in hilly regions.
9. Travelers must carry valid photo ID proof and comply with hotel policies.
10. In case of no-show or early check-out, the stay is non-refundable.
11. The Company is not responsible for hotel management issues, staff conduct, or service lapses by third-party hotels. In case of minor issues, travelers should directly contact hotel reception for assistance.
12. Some hotels may require guests to pay a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in (cash deposit or credit card block). This amount is refundable at check-out, subject to clearance of any incidental or additional charges such as minibar, damages, or in-room services. The amount and method depend on individual hotel policy.
13. AC in the vehicle will not be used in hilly regions.
14. Sightseeing will be as per the plan, subject to favourable time and weather conditions. Additional sightseeing beyond the itinerary will be chargeable. After 7 PM, vehicle use is chargeable and must be informed in advance.
15. Travelers must be ready at the start time informed to them to cover all scheduled sightseeing. Sightseeing cannot extend beyond driver duty hours, and missed places cannot be covered on the following day.
16. Sightseeing is limited to the places mentioned in the itinerary. If time permits, additional places may be visited by paying extra kilometres to the driver.
17. In case of natural disasters or cab strike, the Company may suggest alternate destinations or dates. No compensation shall be provided for the affected day.
18. Weekly off days of attractions must be checked. Some attractions may be closed due to heavy rains/maintenance without notice. Alternate sightseeing may be arranged when possible. No compensation for the affected day.
19. Entry fees & activity fees may change without notice. Fees mentioned on our website are for Indian nationals.
20. For SIC (Shared Coach) sightseeing, travelers must wait at the hotel lobby or designated pick-up location before the scheduled time. If the pick-up is missed, the vehicle will not wait and no refund will be applicable.
21. For flights arriving early morning, sightseeing may be arranged before check-in to maximize travel time.
22. Timings mentioned in the itinerary may vary due to road/weather conditions or traveler health conditions in group tours.
23. Due to strikes, festivals, road construction, natural calamities, medical emergencies, or flight/train delays, journey times may vary significantly. Any additional expenses incurred due to such circumstances must be borne by the traveler.
24. No refund or compensation for no-shows, unused services, or transportation under any circumstances.
25. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, delays, cancellations, or baggage loss.
26. Full payment must be made as per the schedule before the tour starts. Confirmation vouchers will be issued only after full payment. Delay in payment may result in auto-cancellation, non-availability, or rate change.
27. Our Company coordinates services from independent providers and does not own or control hotels, transport, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. For detailed terms, refer to Terms & Conditions on the Company website.

C. INTERNATIONAL TOUR TERMS

1.A copy of Pan card and valid passport first and last page is needed for all travellers at the time of booking. All travelers must carry their original, valid passport while on the tour. The passport must have a minimum validity of six (6) months from the intended date of travel return. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure sufficient blank pages in the passport and compliance with all immigration requirements.
2. All hotels are booked in the name of the Primary Traveler mentioned at the time of booking. Any change in guest name is considered as tour cancelled and rebooked – cancellation charges apply.
3. In case of sightseeing on Shared Coach (SIC) basis, travelers must wait at the hotel lobby or the designated location prior to pick-up time. If the pick-up is missed, the vehicle will not wait, and no refund will be applicable.
4. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. The Company has no control over processing time, outcome, documentation/personal meeting/video call requirements. Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
5. Once visas are handed over, travelers must verify all details immediately (name, date, passport number, validity, etc.). Any discrepancy must be reported within 12 hours of receipt; claims raised thereafter shall be null and void.
6. The Company is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect visa details or late submission of required documents by the traveler.
7. All tour costs quoted in INR are based on prevailing foreign exchange rates at the time of quotation. Final billing will be adjusted based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of full payment.
8. For quotations provided in foreign currency, the conversion will be calculated as XE rate + ₹1 + 1% handling charge.
9. Full payment must be made as per the payment schedule before the tour starts. The confirmation voucher will be issued only after full payment. Delay in payment may result in non-availability/auto release/rate change. Cancellation of attractions is not possible once issued as all are dated and has to be pre-booked.
10. As per Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is applicable on all Overseas Tour Packages:
• A valid PAN must be submitted by every traveler before remittance.
• For NRIs, TCS applies if payment is made through an Indian bank account or card.
• TCS once collected is non-refundable but can be claimed as credit while filing the traveler’s Income Tax Return (ITR).
11. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers to cover medical emergencies, delays, cancellations, or baggage loss.
12. Travelers must comply with all health and vaccination requirements of the destination and transit countries. All medical expenses abroad must be borne by the traveler unless covered by insurance.
13. Baggage allowance is as per airline policy. Excess baggage charges must be paid directly by the traveler. Travelers are responsible for declaring goods, currency, or items as required by customs regulations at destination and transit points.
14. Travelers must ensure passport validity, visa eligibility, page availability, and correct documentation before ticket issuance and departure. The Company is not liable for denied boarding or immigration refusal.
15. NRIs and foreign nationals must disclose nationality and provide passport copies at booking. Tour costs may vary based on nationality, visa type, or applicable hotel/airline policies.
16. The Company shall not be liable for loss, injury, delay, or disruption of any part of the tour due to natural calamities, flight issues, political unrest, war, epidemics, or any circumstances beyond control. Any additional expenses must be borne by the traveler.
17. There will be no refund or compensation for no-shows, unused services, or transportation under any circumstances.
18. Our Company coordinates services from independent service providers and does not own or control hotels, transport, or other facilities mentioned in the tour.
19. All disputes regarding international tours shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra (India).

D. HOTEL BOOKING TERMS

1. Room allocation is based on availability at the time of booking. If the quoted hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel of similar category will be provided. Upgrades to higher-category hotels or rooms are subject to extra cost.
2. Check-in, check-out and meal timings are as per hotel policy. Generally: Check-In: 1400 hrs & Check-Out: 1200 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

This amount is held by the hotel directly and is refundable at check-out, subject to clearance of any incidental or additional charges such as minibar, damages, or in-room services. The amount and method depend on hotel policy.

E. AIR BOOKING TERMS

1. All airfares are dynamic and subject to change until ticket issuance. Prices quoted on email or WhatsApp are for reference only and subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. No booking or blocking will be done unless confirmed in writing via email. Tickets will only be blocked or issued upon receipt of advance payment and written booking instructions.
3. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure passport validity, visa eligibility, number of pages in the passport, and correct travel documents before ticket issuance. The Company is not liable for denied boarding or immigration refusal.
4. Airlines may change, cancel, divert, postpone or reschedule flights at any time after booking for safety or operational reasons. The Company has no control over such changes.
5. Airline refunds are processed as per airline policy and may take up to 30 working days. Refunds depend on fare type (refundable/non-refundable).
6. Baggage allowance follows airline policy. The Company shall not be responsible for loss or damage to baggage.
7. Travelers must complete online check-in themselves or pay additional charges if done by the Company.
8. Tickets purchased through airline loyalty points must be booked directly by the traveler.
9. All rates/fares are subject to availability at the time of confirmation; the Company cannot guarantee fares.
10. All disputes regarding air booking fall under Pune jurisdiction.

F. GROUP TOUR RULES, MEAL & CONDUCT POLICY

1. The Company’s group tours (except ladies-only tours) are open to all individuals regardless of age, gender, religion, caste, nationality, or background. Travelers are expected to respect inclusivity during group travel.
2. Travelers must maintain discipline, mutual respect, and cooperation throughout the tour.
3. Any harassment, misconduct, or discrimination will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund and may invite legal action.
4. Travelers must follow all laws and customs of the destination. Carrying or consuming prohibited items like alcohol, drugs, or tobacco (where restricted) is not permitted.
5. Smoking or alcohol consumption in public areas is prohibited unless allowed by local law.
6. Travelers must follow daily instructions, timings, and guidelines given by the Tour Guide. The Tour Guide’s decisions are final and binding.
7. Delays or missed departures caused by individuals will result in non-refundable missed services.
8. Meals will be provided as per itinerary. Missed meals due to delay or personal reasons are non-refundable. Special meal requests (Jain, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc.) must be communicated while booking.
9. A Tour Manager may accompany the group only if there are 12 or more confirmed travelers. Otherwise, local support or customized arrangements may be provided with revised cost.
10. Shopping or additional services suggested by anyone during the tour are at traveler’s discretion and responsibility.
11. Joining/Leaving guests are responsible for their own tickets and transfers unless aligned with group timings. Extra transfers are chargeable.
12. Travelers must be punctual and responsible for their belongings. The Company is not liable for lost documents, money, or valuables.
13. Itinerary timings may vary depending on road/weather/guest health conditions.
14. Travelers must be medically fit. Any medical condition must be declared in advance. Medical insurance is strongly recommended.
15. The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler endangering the safety or harmony of the group.
16. Seat allocation in the vehicle is rotational or as decided by the Tour Guide.
17. In case of mechanical failure or unavoidable circumstances, alternate transportation may be used without liability.
18. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or disruptive behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may lead to removal without refund.
19. Passport/visa/document compliance is the traveler’s responsibility. Company is not liable for denied boarding or immigration refusal.
20. Train berths may be allotted across coaches by railways; grouping cannot be guaranteed.
21. Guides: Domestic tours – Hindi or local language; International tours – English speaking, subject to availability.
22. Company reserves the right to merge tours with other categories or partner operators in case of low bookings.
23. Photos and videos may be captured for documentation and promotional purposes.
24. By joining, travelers grant permission for use of group photos/videos in Company promotions.
25. Additional expenses arising from delays due to road blocks, calamities, strikes, etc., must be borne by travelers.
26. Full payment must be made before tour starts; late payment may result in cancellation or price changes.
27. No refund for no-shows, unused services, or transportation under any circumstances.
28. All disputes under this section shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• 25% cancellation charge of total package cost if cancelled more than 45 days before tour.
• 50% cancellation charge if cancelled 44–30 days before tour.
• 75% cancellation charge if cancelled 29–15 days before tour.
• No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before the tour / no show / or cancellation during tour.
• In peak season, most services are non-refundable; confirm at booking stage.
• Any date change is treated as cancellation.
• If traveler shortens the journey mid-tour, 100% charges apply for unused services.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 21 working days and credited to original payment mode.
